Food for thought. Sometimes the problems of the world or the scale of the universe are just too great for us to contemplate and our diet is more than just what we eat, but what we watch and read. Perhaps denial can help ease a bilious mental indigestion.

Mark do you read minds!?? For the past 20 months. Plus. I take 8 week course virtually with Doctors with BCalm the art of living mindfully through our Island health programs. In Victoria BC there is a long waitlist for seniors 75 plus with mental health diagnosis to take this course as well as Cogntive Behaviour therapy In person as well as on Zoom. In am learning skills techniques on acting not reacting. Starting with focus on our breathing wish I had had these tools when I was much younger wow fantastic writings Interesting take on the subject too thanks for sharing Mark
